Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) Head, Syafrin Liputo has announced his side to conduct road bike trial along Jalan Jenderal Sudirman - MH Thamrin on Monday (6/7) to Friday (6/11) at 5 AM to 6:30 AM. It would be done without the implementation of road traffic closures or diversions.

During trial, road bike participants will be urged to use the left lane while still paying attention to security, safety, order, and smooth traffic

"During trial, road bike participants will be urged to use the left lane while still paying attention to security, safety, order, and smooth traffic. As for the motorists are not allowed to pass the lane," he expressed, as quoted by Jakarta PPID's press release, Sunday (6/6).

He mentioned that road bike participants who were still on Jalan Sudirman - MH Thamrin after 6:30 AM would be directed to use the available protected bike lanes.

"We call on the road users to adjust the traffic settings set. So please obey traffic signs, officer instructions in the field, and prioritize safety while on the road," he closed.
